Internship information

Language school De Vlieger has been a training school since 2023 with two in-school trainers. The school offers work placements to students from various courses, such as teaching assistant, Associate Degree in Educational Professional (AD-PEP), Associate Degree in Primary Education (AD-DEP), Bachelor of Education (PABO) and specialised educational professional. Due to the complex educational setting, first-year students are not placed.

The school wants to be a rich and innovative learning environment in which students can develop, collaborate and become acquainted with educational practice. Students are given opportunities to observe development groups and meetings.

The guidance and placement of students is carried out carefully by the school-based teacher trainers and management, in consultation with the team. During an introductory interview, students get to know the school, can view different groups and indicate their preference for a placement group.
